    We have flexibility to tailor our fees to align with the client problem and conditions. Generally, we use a flat fee based on projected scope engagements, which is particularly useful in larger based matters where a great deal of diligence and research is required to better understand the tactics necessary to resolve the conflict. We also can set up an hourly rate basis. These terms are negotiated with the client as part of the engagement.
